30-Day Free Returns

We proudly offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
• Be unused or only lightly inspected.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories and components.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
• Items intentionally modified or altered.
• Products missing original parts or packaging.
• Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request promptly and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Refunds

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return after delivery under this policy.
